Does PriceBench update our ERP automatically?
No. PriceBench prepares a reviewed import file in the exact column order your ERP expects. You stay in control of the final import.
What happens when a product match is uncertain?
It is sent to review with the likely candidates, a confidence score, and the reason for the suggestion. PriceBench never forces a questionable match.
What do I receive in the free audit?
For a qualified workflow, we manually reconcile one supplier list against an anonymized item master and return a reviewed CSV or XLSX in your ERP’s import layout, plus a short exception brief.
Which files can you work with?
Supplier lists can be CSV, XLSX, or PDF. The matching item-master extract should be CSV or XLSX and may be anonymized as long as the supplier SKU, internal item, cost, unit, and other required import fields remain usable.
Will it remember corrections?
Yes. A confirmed supplier-SKU mapping becomes part of your company’s private matching history, so the same relationship can be accepted automatically next time.
Can we configure the ERP export?
Yes. Map fields such as ItemNum, VendorPart, UnitCost, Currency, and EffectiveDate once, then save that layout as a reusable export template.
How long does an import take?
Most routine lists are designed to move from upload to exception review in minutes. Very large or scan-heavy PDFs may take longer to extract.
Does the AI invent missing values?
No. Missing prices, SKUs, dates, or units are returned as unknown and placed in review. The original source value remains available beside every decision.
